Lessons from Bamboo

πŸŽ‹ What if we grew like bamboo?

Bamboo can grow up to an inch and a half an hour 🀯 and spread like wildfire.

And it also knows how to rest.

Every two months or so, the canes stop growing altogether and energy is directed back to the roots for the making of future canes.

Cutting bamboo stimulates growth. βœ‚οΈπŸ“ˆ

When an old stem is pruned, instead of putting energy into the same old stem, new hopeful leaves unfurl that trigger energy to move down and develop a deeper root system.

πŸŽ‹ It’s ok and necessary to take breaks to fill your own gaps.

That’s where the power lies.

πŸŽ‹ It’s part of the process to go inward and underground for expansion right before you bloom.

πŸŽ‹ The more you harvest, the faster you grow.
