BLOAT, GAS, MOVING TOO FAST? Vata dosha could be the cause. Balance with moist, spiced, grounding food. Try marshmallow root, fennel, or ginger tea between meals.

INDIGESTION, ACID REFLUX, BURNING TOO HOT? Pitta dosha could be the culprit. Balance with cooling food. Try aloe vera juice, coconut water, or fennel seeds in warm water between meals.

SLUGGISH, HEAVY, MOVING TOO SLOW? Kapha dosha may be responsible. Balance with warming, spicy, or bitter food. Try chewing on fresh ginger root or CCF (coriander- cumin- fennel) tea between meals.

Here’s some 🔥 tips for whatever condition your condition is in: 

☀️ Have your biggest meal in the middle of the day.

🥣 Let your belly rest between eats. 

🤲🏼 Shoot for two open handfuls (anjalis) as your meal size. 

🧃Limit liquids while you’re eating and avoid icy drinks all together. 

📱 Eat away from screens/ distractions, and sit ya ass down.
