What are the next steps?
After submitting this form, you will be placed in the queue of first come first serve. You’ll be sent an email confirming if you have the room of your choice on an alternative option if it’s already taken. You’ll be asked to pay your deposit (as stated in the form above) via PayPal, you have 24 hours to pay the deposit before the room is then offered to someone else. Once you pay your deposit, your space is secure. You have until 30 days prior to the retreat to pay the full fee/ remaining balance. Prior to the retreat, you will be sent a full itinerary and all the information that you need.
What is the application for?
The retreat application helps P and Liz get to know you and what you’re looking to gain in the experience. If we don’t think our retreat will be a good fit for you, we want to be 100% honest about that from the beginning.
What if I change my mind and decide not to go on the retreat?
If you are accepted, but choose not to go on the retreat, please inform us as soon as possible. As stated above, your room and space is not fully secure until you pay your deposit. More details on cancellation can be found in Terms & Conditions. A reminder that deposits are non-refundable.
