1. Retreat Organizer will provide the Services under this agreement as shown below in the Delivery of Services.

1. Retreat Participant agrees to pay Retreat Organizer the fees for the retreat as described in the Terms of Payment; Payment Schedule.

1. Retreat Participant certifies that he or she agrees to the terms and conditions of the Liability Waiver incorporated herein.

1. Retreat Participant agrees to execute a copy of the Liability Wavier prior to engaging in the activities described in the Delivery of Services.

1. Delivery of Services: In providing the Services under this Agreement, Retreat Organizer will provide the deliverables as set forth below:

1. Daily yoga and/or Breathwork, room (shared or private), breakfasts and four (4) dinners, and any excursions listed within retreat guidelines.

1. Terms of Payment; Payment Schedule:

1. For provisions of Services under this Agreement, Retreat Participant will pay Retreat Organizer the following amounts on the following schedule and as set forth below:

   1. $500.00 is due at the time of executing this Agreement as a non-refundable deposit (hereinafter referred to as the “Non-Refundable Deposit”). COVID-19 Disclaimer: If the retreat is cancelled due to border closures related to the coronavirus, payments will be refunded with the exception of a $350.00 administration fee.

   2. The balance is due by NOVEMBER 1, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Remaining Retreat Fee”).

   3. If the Retreat Participant fails to pay pursuant to the payment schedule as described above, this agreement is canceled and all payments made are forfeited.

2. Cancellations:

   1. All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing, via email at onewellnessyoga@gmail.com

   2. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, those canceling their booking will forfeit their Non-Refundable Deposit, which is equal to $500.00 and payable at the time of executing this Agreement.

   3. If the notice of cancellation is received at least 61 days prior to the start date of the retreat, the Retreat Participant will be entitled to a refund equal to only the amount of the Remaining Retreat Fee as listed above.

   4. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, there will be no refund whatsoever if the notice of cancellation is received 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat or later.

   5. There will be no refund for any participant attends the retreat, or who leaves the retreat prior to its conclusion, for whatever reason.

   6. The Retreat Organizer holds no responsibility to mail any sponsored items to any Retreat Participant who does not attend the retreat, or cancels for whatever reason.

If the retreat occurs during an active pandemic, we strongly encourage all participants to self-quarantine for 14 days leading up to the retreat in order to minimize risk.
