The sweet stuff.

Cancer loves sugar, so I don’t. 

The message on the wall at my health center makes me pause every time I sit in front of it. 

To say I have a sweet tooth would be an understatement. I once ate my way into a destroyed gut and a Candida overgrowth (and had to Ayurveda my way back to equilibrium). 

Sugar can wreck havoc on your system (especially when you mix it with caffeine) 

Over time it causes
