    The purpose of a mono-diet (Kitchari) is to give the body only one easy thing to digest. To give it a well deserved TIME OUT. Your system then focuses energy into moving toxins (ama) out of the tissues and into the toilet…where they belong!

    Why Kitchari? Kitarchi is a combo of split mung beans, basmati, and special herbs and spices. It has all six tastes for balancing doshas and the perfect nutrition to optimize digestion.

    In Ayurveda, we also consider anything else you have to digest and absorb from your environment part of your diet.

  • HAPPY TUMMY TRIFECTA

    Our Zoom sessions will split 10 days into three parts: PRE-CLEANSE, KITCHARI MONO DIET, AND POST-CLEANSE.

    PRE: We’ll make sure your elimination stations are open and ready to go to work for you. We will look at more subtle energies you are digesting and how to TAKE A BREAK from those, too.

    CLEANSE: We will have an interactive Kitchari cooking class to kick off the active days of your cleanse which lasts 3 days.

    POST: How to go back from zero to 60? We will integrate back to the regular routine gently and purposefully- or maybe you don’t. Now that you have the tricks and the recipe in your toolkit, you have the choice.
